YES, I can fix your old toilet. (Probably)
I have common repair parts for a wide variety of toilets.

Over the years I have developed a technique for rebuilding and resetting toilets that has met with much success.
I have installed or repaired hundreds of toilets, including Standard, American Standard, Kohler, Gerber, Mansfield etc.

YOU ARE KIDDING YOURSELF if you think that you can fix your ancient, leaking, rusted together, falling apart toilet with a hand hacksaw, a pair of pliers and a pipe wrench you bought at a garage sale. A common mistake that I see is the use of toilet wax rings that have a plastic funnel. This product is a future leak just waiting to happen. BUY THE CHEAP WAX RING, SKIP THE FUNNEL.
The next most common mistake is to skip one of the steps listed in the installation instructions for new toilets. It is listed in nearly every installation guide, yet 98% of the repairs I encounter are on installations that have omitted this step. Hey! It pays to read and heed.
Most toilets are floor mounted with the bolts measuring 12 inches away from the back wall. NOT ALL ARE! Size Matters!
Be sure that your toilet sits level and secure with no rocking, tilting or moving if you want to avoid water damaged floors and walls.
